Wildwood Commons is a 9.26 acre parcel located on Wildwood Drive between U.S. Highway 1 and SR 207 minutes from I-95 in St. Johns County Florida. The project is also located just south of Treaty Park. This Multi-Purpose park which is owned by St Johns County has nature trails, four softball fields, paddle tennis courts, racquetball and basketball courts, a skateboard park and two multi-purpose fields. The project consists of 13 unimproved single family lots. Wildwood Commons is part of the approved Treaty Ground PUD.
Wildwood Commons is located in an area which is now showing promising signs of growth. This is due to it being centrally located between I-95 and downtown St Augustine. Additionally the widening of SR-207 and the lack of available sites on U.S. Highway 1 South should facilitate this growth. Growth projections from the county indicate this neighborhood is expected to be a major growth corridor. Therefore land values should remain stable and should see increases which will keep pace with inflation for the foreseeable future.
